Love the app and the experience. Great customer service and timely response to orders

My first order with favor was fantastic. The driver was really nice, communicate a lot even offer to pick something else up for me while they were waiting for my food. But since then Ive had really good and really bad experiences. Times where I put my order in and didnt hear anything for half an hour in the food arrives cold and missing items. Another time where the driver arrived at her apposite working right so she refused to do me my food until I contacted Favor first. And other times where it just took way way way too long to get food from a restaurant thats five minutes for me. Its clear they dont give any training to the runners. And the food is consistently cold and messed up when they bring it. Im not sure why none of them things to use a cooler to transport the food in... But the drivers are typically very nice.

Love the Flavor app. Quick, fast, and easy. Great food options. You can get fancy or go fast. Friendly drivers and reasonable prices!!

Easy to use!

Ended up paying $16 for some kimchi fries (over double what Id pay in store) from chilantros. Took almost an hour to arrive and ended up getting the wrong order. In fairness the driver was really nice and it wasnt his fault that the order was wrong, it had been mislabeled by the restaurant. When I phoned support (at my own expense) they were less than helpful. Firstly they suggested refunding me the cost of the drivers tip. I explained this wasnt good enough because it wasnt the drivers fault and it still left me paying $11 for food I didnt order (and incidentally couldnt eat because of allergies). They eventually agreed to refund me (I had to ask, they werent going to suggest it!) minus the drivers tip which I insisted he keep. The only other option was to wait another hour for it to be redelivered. Not good enough sorry, not at that price! I shant be using them again for sure, and I will warn others off using them too.

Favor is a God send. Highly recommend!

Heard good things about the service and I was excited to see it has come to my area but I the app wont let me create an account...

Please expand your delivery service just a bit further east in Toronto. I live near the Danforth/Leslieville which isnt even far from where the cut off line is and Im sure a lot of people in that area would love to use this app. The danforth is a very foodie area... Anyways think about it. I was really looking forward to using this app.

My home is outside the boundaries for Toronto, but you cant find that out until you have downloaded the app and signed up. Perhaps the boundaries for each city should be shown in the preview.

I was beyond excited to try this out because I am too tired to cook or leave the house. Im just unhappy that I cant order anything because Im out of the delivery zone. I live near keele & Wilson, I feel as if just eat is more easier to use just takes too long.

Heres the thing - people inside that downtown core have so many options already, it is the people slightly outside the lines that really need this service. Please consider being different and expanding your delivery zone. Maybe have a slightly higher fee outside the area? I dont know. Im a 2 minute drive west of roncy, but it being a newer area there are no cafés and barely anyone delivers. It would be great if you at least made the cutoff the Humber river.

Signed up but the app is full of bugs. Also they show the delivery zone as much bigger before you sign up, but when u try to order something youre not included in the zone. If I lived downtown I would just walk down from my condo and go get whatever it is I need! Too bad, was really hoping that would be a nice alternative for groceries...

Was recommended by a friend with a promotion code, which will get $5 off for the first purchase. There was also a promotion, $2 delivery fee for the whole October, sounds like a good deal, but didnt aware of any special promotion code cant combine with the special deliver month. After placed my order, theres no option of entering tips amount. Even when the driver dropped of the order and I looked at the bill, it only showed my order amount but dont be fooled by this total. Favour will send you an electronic receipt. A $5 tips was automatically added to my order, after emailed favour I just realized $5 suggested tips will be added to any order under $25. I would have tips the driver this amount if they give me a option to enter the tips amount when I placed the order, its frustrated to get charged for an amount Im not awared. The restaurant was just 5mins away from work, I should have go and pick up my order. Will not use favour again and should just use "virtual " to place my order. Cant afford a $15 lunch plus $11 surge charge on top.

Great app for any delivery downtown. I use it so much!! I know most people complain about the delivery charges.. But you can always lower the tip. Most delivery for any fast food is 5 dollars anyways. So I dont see the big deal. Huge thumbs up!!

We would love to use the app but the delivery zone needs to be extended to the Beach area of Toronto

Very limited delivery area, would be a waaayyy better app if it expanded.. I live in Toronto but I guess not enough?? Idk its confusing and only of use if you live downtown and are rich

Have been waiting for something like this forever. Cant wait until it grows to include longer hours.
