I work nights at the hospital and its often hard to know what restaurants are open late at night. More than that, only a few restaurants deliver, so my food choices have been very limited in the past. This app is super easy to use and broadens my late night choices beyond Big Bites and Jimmy Johns. The ordering process is quick, the runners are always courteous and prompt, and I get to eat a healthy meal from my favorite restaurants! I absolutely love it!

More menu options let you specify and choose your food like you would order it if you were actually there. Great couriers. Theyre really communicative and courteous.

I would firstly like to point out that I live in a college town. And due to weather situations I lost my car (sad day) I got a code on my apartment door to try favor and tested it out! I really Only order food on here, but the thing I like most is the customer service! I have only ever had 2 problems, once a drink was barely spilled but they gave me a code to cover that at check out and I once had a driver not communicate with me very well. I always do the reviews at the end of a delivery and once I sent the review about that driver I was immediately contacted by customer support and they let me know that they were handling it along with a phone number and an email to reach them at! It makes me happy to know that they do actually take this information and use it! Great app! Great service!

Hands down the best delivery service offered in Austin. Delivery fees are reasonable ($5) however at prime times they can jump to $10 which is a huge leap in price. Other than that I LOVE this app!

I used favor for the first time and I just dont think it was worth it. My runner took about 40 minutes, though she was nice when I asked her if she wouldnt mind changing my drink order (I did this about 2 minutes after the initial order). I didnt like how the app didnt show me the final cost of everything, it felt a bit sleazy. The app charged my account extra and then refunded it. They said it was to verify my bank, which makes sense but my bank thought it was suspicious and stopped my card. It was a lot of trouble for a very small convenience.

Best and fastest app for delivery. Occasionally takes too long and the surge pricing is annoying but if you need a favor its a great option compared to task rabbit or postmates.

Im in college and cant drive, so this helps a bunch.
