A while back the delivery fee was reasonable but now the last few delivery charges were $12-16, even when the food just costed $6.99. Absolutely insane, I could get an uber to take me there and back for cheaper. Lower your prices or youll loose all your customers.

Weve been using Favor for a while now. Its hit or miss, meaning sometimes our order arrives perfect and other times its way off. (Kinda reminds me of drive thru, when you get home and realize that they forgot half your order) For the most part the company has been very understanding and has given us credit and even refunded out money when our orders were incorrect. We still use Favor and will continue to use it because of its convenience, especially for busy parents who have teenagers at home "starving" and it allows us to be extra lazy on Lazy Sunday.

Easy app and awesome company. Wish there was a live map of where driver was to know when they are approaching home.

Really good tracking and easy to monitor the progress of the order you just placed. Plus the runners send you a text immediately so you know theyre on it.

Favor allows you to outsource leaving your house to kids who will pick you up pretty much anything for a delivery fee hovering around $7 and a similar tip. Its a genius system, but not necessarily budget friendly long term.
