Ordered early and late, always communicating and punctual

I love everything about Favor. These friendly runners have brought me food when I was sick, when I was feeling too lazy to make dinner, and when I just dont have time to leave the office for lunch. They are quick and kind—quality customer service! Never have had a bad experience.

Love this app !! They pick up and deliver surprisingly fast! And they let you know who and where they are every step of the way. We have kids so really dont like taking them out to eat too often since they dont sit still and this offers us restaurants want to our door that wont deliver plus costs about the same as you would tip a waiter. Really have no complaints and have ordered 4 times now!

App is super easy and helpful, even if runners occasionally fudge up (super rare that happens)

It was great having this service.. I used it several times in the past few years. Today, it doesnt work. Im suddenly outside their delivery service. I havent moved. Im sitting the same chair I ordered in last time. Im done with you Favor

Overall this is a great app especially if like me youre in college and need to work and eat at the same time. My main wish is that I could see how much it will cost including my drivers fee before I order.

Never lets me down

Theres no time estimate on delivery when placing an order. We ended up waiting 45 mins for the driver to even arrive at the restaurant. During that period, we called the restaurant and they didnt even have our order yet (which the driver said was placed 45 mins prior). We canceled the "favor" and just went to get it ourselves. So stupid. Wasted an hour of my life. Hello 11:15pm dinner time.

I wish I could give this app 3.5 stars I love all the options just the fees are pretty high

Its so easy and fits my lifestyle completely. The runners are so friendly and the experience from start to finish is simply a delight! Im hooked.

Review of the app- always works fine for me

I feel comfortable with all the drivers even if I have a complicated order! They are like a friend that you can trust!

Im socially anxious (and also incredibly lazy) and hate leaving my house. With this app I never have to leave! Food just comes to my door! :D
