Inconsistent

My first order with favor was fantastic. The driver was really nice, communicate a lot even offer to pick something else up for me while they were waiting for my food.
But since then Ive had really good and really bad experiences. Times where I put my order in and didnt hear anything for half an hour in the food arrives cold and missing items.
Another time where the driver arrived at her apposite working right so she refused to do me my food until I contacted Favor first.
And other times where it just took way way way too long to get food from a restaurant thats five minutes for me. Its clear they dont give any training to the runners.
And the food is consistently cold and messed up when they bring it. Im not sure why none of them things to use a cooler to transport the food in...
But the drivers are typically very nice.
