Awful customer support and extortionate price
Ended up paying $16 for some kimchi fries (over double what Id pay in store) from chilantros. Took almost an hour to arrive and ended up getting the wrong order.
In fairness the driver was really nice and it wasnt his fault that the order was wrong, it had been mislabeled by the restaurant.
When I phoned support (at my own expense) they were less than helpful. Firstly they suggested refunding me the cost of the drivers tip. I explained this wasnt good enough because it wasnt the drivers fault and it still left me paying $11 for food I didnt order (and incidentally couldnt eat because of allergies).
They eventually agreed to refund me (I had to ask, they werent going to suggest it!) minus the drivers tip which I insisted he keep.
The only other option was to wait another hour for it to be redelivered. Not good enough sorry, not at that price!
I shant be using them again for sure, and I will warn others off using them too.
